In February the boutique shelves were looking thin. We mentioned it once — once! — and Phoenix showed up: three churches ran drives, a women's group assembled hygiene kits, and one anonymous donor sent four hundred pairs of new socks.
In March alone, forty-two sisters shopped the boutique free of charge. Every item is new or nearly new, because coming home should feel like being welcomed, not like being handed leftovers.
