Juliana McFadden
Founder & CEO
Juli founded SISTER Ministries out of her own story — one she tells in “Traces of His Hand,” featured in the book El Roi, The God Who Sees. A paralegal by training and a former bank vice president, she is a writer, published author and speaker. She was married to her late husband David for 37 years, and is mother to two daughters and grandmother to six.

Jennifer Abril
Chairman of the Board
Jennifer came to faith as a young teen at Royal Palms Baptist Church and has led mission trips to Mexico, including three months in Tijuana building homes with Amor Ministries. She teaches Bible studies with her husband Michael at North Phoenix Baptist Church, is mother to three daughters, and manages a historic Mexican restaurant in Phoenix.

Barbara Hattery
Treasurer
Barbara became a Christian while studying Computer Information Systems at DeVry University in Chicago, where she was part of Willow Creek Community Church. A Senior Lease Administrator by day, she is mother to Lucy and twins Nathan and Sophia.

Molly Morrow
Board Secretary
Molly joined SISTER Ministries in 2022 as Refreshments Coordinator and now serves as Board Secretary. An entrepreneur who runs a home-organizing business, she married Josh in November 2023 and loves to travel — when their two cats allow it.

Christina Kimbrel
SISTER Messenger Group · Devotional Leader
Released from prison in December 2018, Christina began serving right away and has posted a daily Monday-to-Friday devotional since the early days of the pandemic. Wife to Henry and mother of two, she writes for Victorious Living Magazine and is the author of An Unshackled Life: 31 Days of Hope and Freedom for the Imprisoned Soul.

Kristen Norman
Boutique Curator
Kristen began attending SISTER meetings in August 2024 and hasn't missed many since. She meets one-on-one with sisters for boutique items, manages inventory, arranges rides and shares the ministry wherever she goes. She is mom to an ASU graduate.

Deb Van Alstine
Prayer Partner
Deb came to faith in high school and served with her husband Dan in full-time ministry for more than 32 years in Tacoma, Washington and Mililani, Hawaii. Back in Phoenix since 2014 and part of Royal Palms Baptist Church, she is SISTER's dedicated prayer partner.
