New life isn't rebuilt alone, and it isn't rebuilt indoors either. Every June the meeting moves outside for an afternoon of shade, watermelon and very competitive cornhole.
This year sisters brought kids, grandkids, moms and neighbors — the kind of ordinary family afternoon that many of our sisters spent years praying for.
Thank you to every volunteer who hauled coolers and to the church partners who covered the pavilion rental. Same park next year, Lord willing. (placeholder)
